The RIGID Industries RDS-Series PRO 20-inch Spot Light Bar (882213) is built around the world's first curved LED light bar design — and the PRO version pushes that concept further with up to 70 percent more raw lumens than the original RDS-Series. At 31,680 raw lumens and 234 watts, this is a serious piece of lighting hardware drawing 16.72 amps across a 9–36V DC input range.

The gentle arc isn't just an aesthetic choice. RIGID's patented curve widens the spread of light across a single bar, giving you broader coverage without stacking multiple lights. Spot optic keeps that output focused and projected far down the road or trail. The blacked-out circuit boards and black housing give it a clean, low-profile look when not in use.

The build quality backs up the output. High-grade aluminum alloy housing with a UV-resistant powder coat, impact-resistant polycarbonate lens, IP68 dust and water ingress rating, and SAE J575 compliance for shock and vibration. Operating range runs from -40°F to 145°F. The integrated thermal management system keeps it running clean under sustained load. Reverse polarity, over/under voltage, and RFI/EMI protections are all built in.
