Baja Designs 20 Inch LED Light Bar Single Straight OnX6

The Baja Designs OnX6+ 20-inch straight LED light bar puts out 39,430 lumens — up to 69 percent brighter than the previous generation. That output comes from two technologies working together: the trademarked High Speed Spot reflector and CopperDrive, which drives every LED at 100 percent. The result is a 5000K daylight color temperature that reduces driver fatigue and throws the beam farther than any other LED bar Baja Designs makes.

The housing is mil-spec aluminum with MoistureBlock technology, making it fully waterproof, rainproof, and submersible — not splash-resistant. Vertical aim adjustment locks in once set. This bar ships in Spot configuration with a clear lens, and mounting brackets are included in the box.

We particularly like the uService system. Replaceable lenses and optics mean a rock strike is a field repair, not a full bar replacement — and swapping components won't void the warranty. Beam pattern options across the OnX6+ line include High Speed Spot, Driving/Combo, and Wide Driving, with clear or Baja Amber lens choices.

One important note: no wiring harness is included. For this bar, you'll need part number 640115, the On/Off OnX6+ harness covering the 10–20 inch range. This bar backs up all of that with a 30-day money-back guarantee and a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
